As a Project Manager at Lapp Electric, you’ll play a key role in leading electrical construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll work closely with customers, vendors, and our field team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our customers expect.

What You’ll Do
- Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and field personnel
- Schedule labor, materials, and project resources
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress
- Ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication
- Lead by example while supporting the success of your team
