Today we are going to answer the question, Why do we answer the phones “It’s a great day at Lapp Electric”? We realize that it might not always be a great day for our customers who are calling us, especially if they are calling with an emergency. But we also recognize that there’s always something to be thankful for in each day. Every day at Lapp Electric is not easy, we all have bad days but if we can make one person smile who calls us or even make ourselves smile by answering the phones this way, then it is a success. We live by the philosophy that you might not always have a great day but you can always find something great in every day and for that reason it’s always a great day at Lapp Electric.
