Why? (Part 3…Why we have somone answer the phone?)

This week we are answering the question…

Why do we have someone answer the phone during normal business hours?

At Lapp Electric we believe the customer experience starts from the time you pick up the phone to call us.

In order to make your experience positive and enjoyable, we feel it is crucial to have someone answering the phones during our normal business hours of 7am-4:30pm.

We have all had experiences where we have called places and spent more time being passed around explaining our situation.

We do not want our customers to experience this frustration.

By answering the phones, we can figure out who would be the best person for you to talk to and then direct you to that individual instead of passing you around to multiple people.

As we have grown, the topic of moving to an automated attendant during normal business hours is something that our Leadership Team does not discuss because we all recognize the value in talking to a human being.
