Lapp Electric Turns 50 – Week 33 (Positive Attitude, Phone & Data Division and Franklin & Marshall College)

Do you like lollipops? If so, what is your favorite type of lollipop?

In 1969, Charm’s Candy Company introduced a lollipop that became their best selling product of all-time…the blow pop.

The Blow Pop, invented by Ross Cameron, Walter Reid, and Vince Ciccone, has a bubble gum center surrounded by a hard candy shell.

52 Memories of 50 Years

In 1997, Lapp Electric purchased C&C Technology. This doubled the size of our Phone & Data division, which at that time was called Business Network Systems.

In recent years, Lapp Electric sold the Phone & Data division of our company to TeleCom Business Solutions, Inc. located in York, PA so that we could focus on what we do best…electrical work.

Work Site

In 2017, Franklin & Marshall College installed a generator for Stager Hall.
