Lapp Electric Turns 50 – Week 34 (Enthusiastic, Earle M. Jorgensen and Lancaster County Magazine)

At Lapp Electric, we are celebrating our 50-year anniversary in 2019, but we aren’t the only ones celebrating a memorable anniversary this year.

Smokey Bear turns 75 this year.

Smokey Bear was introduced in 1944 by the USDA Forest Service to encourage people prevent forest fires (or wildfires).

Just like we introduced a special logo to celebrate our 50th anniversary, Smokey Bear has a special logo to celebrate his 75th Birthday.

Congrats Smokey Bear on your special birthday and continue encouraging people to prevent wildfires.

Work Site

In 2016, we installed sub panels for Earle M. Jorgensen.

What made this project unique was the amount of wire that we used and the heights we literally went to run the wire (the pictures don’t do it justice).

52 Memories of 50 Years

In 1993, we were first named Best Electrician in Lancaster County by Lancaster County Magazine readers.

In 2004, for the 11th year in a row we were named Best Electricians and we had this ad appear in the Lancaster County Magazine in honor of the award.

Thank you to everyone who has voted for us over the years.
